Hiring begins for Guanajuato Plant!

On January 11, we had our event to kick off the hiring process for the more than a thousand positions that will form the staff of our plant in Guanajuato, where we will produce the chassis for the Tacoma Model Next Generation truck for our client Toyota.

This event was held at IECA (State Training Institute) Celaya, one of the facilities suitable for Metalsa to carry out the contracting process. Part of the Metalsa recruitment team was present at the ceremony, as well as Juan Carlos López Rodríguez, general director of the State Training Institute (IECA), federal deputy Sarai Núñez Cerón and Alejandro Rangel Segovia, general secretary of the Union of Workers of the Metal Mechanics, Automotive, Similar and Related Industry of Mexico.

During the event, Juan Carlos López Rodríguez, general director of the State Training Institute (IECA), thanked Guanajuato for being a proudly Mexican world-class company and congratulated us on this important project.

Federal deputy Sarai Núñez Cerón and Alejandro Rangel Segovia, General Secretary of the Union of Workers of the Metal-Mechanical, Automotive, Similar and Related Industry of Mexico, thanked Metalsa for the trust in the people of Guanajuato and in the IECA for the development of this project that will impact the community.
