PACCAR awards 10 PPM recognition to Metalsa Roanoke

We are happy to announce that our Metalsa Roanoke facility has fulfilled the requirements set by PACCAR to be recognized with the “Supplier Quality Achievement” by reaching a quality level of 10 PPM in the production of parts and components in 2022.

 Criteria for award consideration involved customer satisfaction measures, specifically including warranty. 

DAF, Kenworth, and Peterbilt are widely known for having impeccable quality, which is largely credited to the success of PACCAR's supplier network, including Metalsa Roanoke, whose quality expectations consistently meet or exceed those set by PACCAR.

Metalsa will be added to the list of "10 PPM" suppliers displayed on our customer website and referenced throughout PACCAR facilities in the upcoming years.
